| Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel to others. The hotel only accepts UnionPay credit cards and does not accept foreign credit cards, and so I had to walk around Luoyang in the pouring rain to find a Bank of China ATM before I was even allowed to check-in. The reception staff do not speak English, and had I not been able to speak and write a little Chinese we would have been unable to communicate at all. Also, the hotel does not do food at all - the only 'facility' other than the rooms themselves is a KTV Bar. And the toilet broke! Although the staff were very patient and helpful given that we could hardly communicate, this hotel is sadly the worst I have ever stayed at in China in more than 10 years.|
